GOP seeks to eliminate funding for state health-insurance exchanges

Republicans in the U.S. House will seek to repeal $1.9 billion in funding for state health-insurance exchanges. The exchanges, part of President Barack Obama's health care law, are set to begin in 2014. While the measure may pass the House, it's likely to die in the Democratic-controlled Senate.
