Chefs trade white tablecloths for fancy pub fare

A number of chefs have moved away from fine-dining restaurants in favor of gastropubs, eateries with a more laid-back pub atmosphere that still boast inventive menus. At celebrity chef Todd English's P.U.B. in Las Vegas, the menu features chili made from prime rib, chicken Parm sliders and grilled cheese made with Brie and craft bacon.
