Dukkah seasoning adds spice, crunch

Dukkah is a Middle Eastern concoction made of crushed nuts and spices, and while it is good on its own for snacking, adding it to vegetables, breads and fish can make a simple dish much more complex. Coat a fresh fish fillet in dukkah before pan-cooking it to get an interesting flavor profile with just the right crunch.
