Global bioinformatics market could hit about $7.5B in 4 years

BCC Research predicts that the worldwide bioinformatics market will rise to almost $7.5 billion in 2017, driven by the need for cost-effective ways to commercialize proprietary data within the biotechnology, clinical genomics and other sectors. The U.S. leads the market with 52.8% of sales, while Europe and the Asia-Pacific region come in at second and third place.
