J.C. Penney says it's listening, asks customers to "come back"

J.C. Penney is asking customers to "come back" in social media posts as well as a new commercial, admitting that it has made mistakes and promising "to listen to you, to hear what you need, [and] to make your life beautiful." The push comes after the company dumped CEO Ron Johnson, who tried to eliminate deals and coupons.
