Telemedicine law boosts health care coverage in Ariz.

A newly approved law in Arizona requires insurers to pay providers for covered services and treatments, whether they are offered in person or using a telehealth setup. The measure urges insurers to have telemedicine coverage in all new and renewed policies starting in 2015. The law applies to 13 rural counties in the state and several other remote regions.
