Tenn. city has improved flood-preparation efforts, officials say

Officials in Nashville, Tenn., say the city has stepped up its mapping and other flood-preparation efforts since the deadly, costly flooding that hit the area three years ago. "The memory of 2010 is always there. We need to be moving forward and trying to find ways to keep the city safe. The odds are it doesn't happen [again]. But there's still that possibility," said Mayor Karl Dean.
