Web publishers look to draw in Spanish-speaking audience

Content creators and providers including Univision, CBS Interactive and Hulu are ratcheting up their online focus on Spanish-speaking consumers, officials said at this week's NewFronts. Hispanics are an attractive, Web-savvy demographic that watches 62% more online videos than white non-Hispanics, according to Nielsen research. "Hispanics overindex on everything technology," said Cesar Conde, president of Univision Networks.
