Creative ways for recruiters to use custom search engines

Recruiters can use Google's Custom Search Engine to create useful search filters, writes Jeremy Roberts, who describes a filter he built that searched LinkedIn for candidates with security clearances and who lived in certain geographical areas. Another filter he built searched specific corporate websites for news releases and bio pages.
