Gallup: Engaged customers will do more business

Customers who report being extremely satisfied with their bank are more likely to consider other services, products and increased deposits, according to a Gallup poll. However, Jay Freeman, a senior adviser to Gallup, writes that banks need to move beyond just attaining customer satisfaction and focus on engaging consumers if they want to generate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
