Neb. police agencies discuss Keystone development security

The Nebraska State Patrol is holding discussions with county sheriffs about security concerns associated with the construction of TransCanada's Keystone XL pipeline through Nebraska, even though the company has yet to secure a permit for the project. "We'll rely on the State Patrol and hopefully on the federal government for some outside help," said Dave Moore, sheriff of Nance County, Neb.
