UCP ranks states based on services for individuals with disabilities

A United Cerebral Palsy report that ranks disability services across the states and the District of Columbia gave top honors to Arizona, while Mississippi came in last for the seventh year in a row. The report said states are emphasizing community support, with 38 having at least 80% of people with developmental disabilities living in the community.
