Yahoo dresses home page with native ads, Billboard units

Yahoo is adding the new Stream Ads format to its home page, hoping to attract native display ads to the site. "The principle that we have here is developing an ad unit and an ad format that shares the same information architecture with the content that it's near," said Scott Burke, Yahoo's senior vice president of advertising and data platforms. Yahoo is also adding IAB-developed Billboard ad units above the fold of the home page.
