GOP House members want more detailed CFPB budget plans

Republicans on the House Financial Services Committee say the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has been "wholly unresponsive" to their requests for detailed spending plans for next year. In a letter to the CFPB, they said the budget submitted to Congress is "unnecessarily vague." The GOP lawmakers have also requested more details on the CFPB's planned office upgrades.
