CME's Duffy doubts prospect of futures-trading tax

Terry Duffy, executive chairman and president of CME Group, says a proposed tax on futures trading is unlikely to be implemented. "I believe that most people on [Capitol Hill] understand that this would be a detrimental tax" that would hinder liquidity, Duffy said. "I do think that will not prevail."
