Find new ways to delight and help long-term customers to keep them coming back, writes Kevin Eikenberry. Be sure to thank them for their business and spend time really listening to their thoughts and concerns. "Recognize that you may not know everything about their business and situation. Close your mouth, open your ears and listen to your customers," Eikenberry advises.
