Olympus makes flexible HD bronchoscope available in U.S.

The BF-190 system, a highly flexible and fully rotatable HD bronchoscope recently cleared by the FDA, is being launched by Olympus in the U.S. The device runs on the company's EVIS EXERA III Universal Platform, which is said to be the only HDTV imaging tool that allows for more precise bronchoscopic treatment and diagnosis, easy setup and enhanced versatility.
