Dietitian helps people eat healthy on a budget

Registered dietitian Toni Havala teaches low-income residents in suburban Chicago about good nutrition and preparing easy-to-make healthy meals on a budget. At a recent workshop, she warned people about inexpensive but unhealthy foods, such as canned soup with heavy amounts of sodium, and said a change in habits is needed to improve a family's daily diet.
