1 in 6 U.S. high-school students have been cyberbullying victims

A 2011 survey that included more than 15,000 public and private high-school students showed that approximately 16% had been victims of cyberbullying within the past year. Girls and whites were more likely to be cyberbullying victims than boys and blacks, researchers reported at the Pediatric Academic Societies meeting.
