Fla. growers seek higher floor price on Mexican tomatoes

Florida tomato farmers have filed a lawsuit concerning a deal between Mexican growers and the U.S. Commerce Department, saying the floor price set in the deal is too low. "Tomato farmers in Florida and across America can compete favorably in a market that is both free and fair," said Reggie Brown, executive vice president of the Florida Tomato Exchange.
