Former HHS chief and Ind. Gov. Otis Bowen dies

Former HHS Secretary and Indiana Gov. Otis Bowen, who helped raise awareness about HIV/AIDS as part of the Reagan administration, has died at 95. Bowen began leading HHS in 1985, and he worked with Surgeon General C. Everett Koop in an initiative that sent HIV/AIDS awareness materials to 107 million households.
