What's next for the online sales tax bill?

The Senate is likely to vote today on the Marketplace Fairness Act, but the measure that would allow states to require online retailers to collect sales tax could face hurdles when it moves to the House, where anti-tax lawmakers will likely prove to be a harder sell. "We're working diligently in the House to build up sponsorships and momentum," NRF Chief Lobbyist David French said.
