Bullying management style leads to breakdowns

Some notable bullies have risen through the ranks of their organizations by squeezing their employees, but "you can only drive a vehicle flat out for so long before something breaks down," Stefan Stern writes. There are times when a leader has to push an employee to do something the worker does not want to do or does not think he can do, but bullying tactics should be the exception, not the rule, he writes.
