Sebelius says momentum in place for health care reform

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius says there is momentum and "unprecedented" bipartisan cooperation to pass health care reform legislation this year. In her first public address as HHS secretary, she said groups that had resisted reform in the past now embrace the need to change the U.S. health care system. "Inaction threatens our health and our economic security," she said.
