FCC to regulate Internet after all

FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski has outlined plans to regulate broadband services under the rules that apply to phone and cable lines, clearing the way to impose Net neutrality standards. In response a recent federal court ruling that cast doubt on the agency's authority, the FCC said Genachowski would set "meaningful boundaries to guard against regulatory overreach."
