More large banks court small-business owners

Many New York entrepreneurs had difficulty getting loans from big banks during the economic downturn, but now many are targets for banks. U.S. Bank and Chase are among the banks now wooing some small-business owners with personal wealth-management services, for example, as a way to develop business that isn't subject to as many regulations as lending and could pay off down the road as those companies grow.
