Tennessee and Louisiana top the list of states for the cheapest, healthiest retirement, according to an analysis by BankRate.com. The ranking is based on access to health care, cost of living, crime rate, tax costs and other factors. Common retirement destinations such as Florida and Arizona did not make the top 10. "Florida has beaches and year-round sunshine and everything that you would expect, but also a relatively high cost of living [and] a relatively high crime rate," said Chris Kahn, BankRate.com analyst.
