Canines sniff out potential security threats at MIA

Two black Labrador Retrievers named Lewie and Yoshi are now working at Miami International Airport, helping to screen passengers and detect explosives. Upon finding something suspicious, the dogs will show a change in behavior -- but their actions are classified so only the Transportation Security Administration would know what was going on. "These dogs are trained to move among crowds of people and actually detect the signature odors that explosives give off as people are moving," said Mark Hatfield, federal security director for the TSA. "You just get to see a happy dog on your way there."
