JPMorgan Chase's "So you can" campaign theme emphasizes simplification, says Claire Huang, the bank's first chief marketing officer. One new spot shows parents paying their babysitter, then adding a bonus, using the Chase QuickPay application. Another shows a real paper company using the Ink business credit card. Huang says the company has transformed from "being just a product-centered business to being a customer-centered business."
