Cheniere Energy's multibillion-dollar La. LNG facility is 26% complete

Cheniere Energy's liquefied natural gas facility under construction in Louisiana is ahead of schedule, according to the firm's first-quarter earnings report. The first two units are 26% complete. Cheniere has won approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Energy Department to build two more units. The company borrowed $5.9 billion to build the first two units.
