Christie administration seizes housing money from N.J. cities

Turning aside objections from housing advocates and municipal officials, the administration of New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie began seizing affordable-housing money from cities across the state. State officials refused to say what they intend to do with the $150 million or more that has been collected by local governments to meet their subsidized-housing legal obligations.
