CIA grads stick around, show off culinary skills in mid-Hudson Valley

The area in and around Dutchess County, New York, is replete with varied, high-quality restaurants thanks to a strong population of CIA graduates. The CIA's alumni office estimates that 120 restaurants in the area are owned or run by CIA graduates, and that number doesn't take into account those who are working as sous chefs, locations that have more than one CIA graduate in leadership, or chefs that work in areas of foodservice outside of the restaurant industry, such as hospitals.
