Dietitian brings a musical nutrition lesson to NYC schools

Registered dietitian Helen Butleroff-Leahy, a former Rockette, teaches New York City children about good nutrition and fitness using a musical production called "My Plate: The New Food Guide Musical." She spends 10 weeks in each school teaching nutrition lessons and working with children to rehearse the musical, and after she leaves, schools use the information in other lessons and in the cafeteria.
