Hotel restaurants cater to more casual tastes

More hotel restaurants are moving away from white tablecloths and embracing upscale comfort food and other more casual fare. In New York, the Hudson Hotel has an outdoor taco stand, and the Brighton restaurant in Kimpton's Eventi Hotel offers lobster rolls, BLTs and other fare made famous at the Brighton Beach boardwalk.
