Chameleon Cold Brew and Grady’s Cold Brew are among the new brands selling cold-brewed coffee, a category that is quickly gaining traction with consumers. "What’s fun about it is everyone is taking their own approach," said Joth Ricci, president of Stumptown Coffee Roasters. "The quality is not being rubber-stamped, either. There’s an artisan quality to every one of those products that makes them unique and different."
