Vocational-training programs starting for high-schoolers are expanding across Arizona, but the demand for workers with specific job skills may be moving at an even faster rate. One possible explanation may be the more rigid high-school graduation requirements that are leaving fewer opportunities for students to take vocational-education classes, some educators suggest.
