Hundreds of students at Universal Technical Institute in Norwood, Mass., got a chance to see how their training may be received in the workplace when potential employers from the auto industry met with them at a recent job fair on campus. Some students learned about current job prospects, while others attended the event as a learning experience. "I was broadening my horizons and getting better knowledge and insight. There are a lot of good employers out there," said Joery Charlot, who plans to graduate in 2014.
