No health risk after "slightly radioactive" water leaks into Lake Michigan, NRC says

A tank at Entergy's Palisades nuclear plant in Michigan spilled 79 gallons of "very slightly radioactive water" into Lake Michigan, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission said. The water poses no health risks as it was diluted further when it passed through a storage basin before seeping into the lake, said NRC spokeswoman Viktoria Mitlyng.
