Study: Network support is key for broadband homes

With more than three-quarters of U.S. broadband households now boasting a home network router, technical support for such products is becoming more crucial, according to a white paper issued by Parks Associates and Support.com. The groups project the proportion of U.S. broadband households with home networks will rise to 95% within three years.
