What bothers patients most?

A U.S. survey of 1,000 people found the top complaints of patients included long wait times to see physicians, unclear descriptions of problems, slow test results and billing issues. The Consumer Reports study found women were more bothered than men when physicians used electronic devices to record notes and when conversations were held within earshot of other patients.
