Why men need to push for gender equality

Many powerful men have stayed out of the discussion of gender equality in the workplace, but it's time for them to get involved, writes Avivah Wittenberg-Cox. Some men -- even the progressive ones -- choose to remain on the sidelines because they don't want to rock the boat, they believe balance will be achieved naturally or they think the merits of equality are obvious, she writes.
