Rogers brings mobile Wi-Fi service to Canada

Rogers Wireless brought to Canada today a mobile-phone service that allows subscribers to chat without using up their allotted minutes as long as they are hooked up to their home Wi-Fi network. Dubbed "Uno," the service from Rogers' Fido division costs $15 to $20 a month -- T-Mobile offers its own version in the U.S. -- and gives customers access to Rogers' wireless network through any Wi-Fi hot spot.
