Stimulus aims to create green jobs

About $40 billion of the federal economic-stimulus package is aimed at creating so-called "green" jobs. "Those dollars are moving out into states and cities. There is already a lot of activity ahead of the complete disbursement of those dollars," said Van Jones, the White House special adviser for green jobs, enterprise and innovation.
