Counseling on sun exposure helps young people, USPSTF says

The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force has issued recommendations for preventing skin cancer that include counseling on the dangers of sun exposure and indoor tanning. The panel found sufficient evidence that sun-related counseling promotes safer behavior among teens and young adults. The recommendations were published in the Annals of Internal Medicine.
