$250M plan would redevelop Long Island arena in N.Y.

Four groups are vying to redevelop the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, home of the New York Islanders hockey team. One of the proposals is a $250 million plan of Cordish Cos., and the Madison Square Garden Co., to renovate the arena and build a 150,000-square-foot complex that would include retail, entertainment and dining areas.
