Commentary: Capital ratios might be meaningless

Deutsche Bank, UBS and other banks have been touting the size of their capital ratios, William Wright notes. However, questions are emerging about the figures. "In short, they show that, in comparing one bank with another, capital ratios are of questionable value and may actually be meaningless," Wright writes.
