House won't rush to pass Internet sales-tax bill, says Rep. Goodlatte

The Senate rushed its handling of Internet sales-tax legislation, and the House will be "more thoughtful," says House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, R-Va. Goodlatte says he isn't opposed to sales-tax reform in principle but that glossing over technical problems could hurt small businesses and online retailers.
