How to explain how your startup is doing

The next time somebody asks you how your startup is doing, tell them about two recent successes you have experienced, recommends Kathryn Minshew. Alternatively, explain a problem you are working to solve, describe how your startup has changed in the last few months or use the question as a springboard to ask for advice, she advises.
