Entrepreneurs in the U.S. are often isolated from capital until it is too late, AOL founder Steve Case and other panelists said at last week's Milken Institute Global Conference. The solution involves valuing entrepreneurship by finding and financing people with bright ideas. "What America has to be for entrepreneurs is what Canada is for hockey. ... If you're born in Canada and you're a gifted hockey player, you will be found," said Rep. Patrick McHenry, R-N.C.
