No media company ranks among the top 20 U.S. firms by market capitalization, yet the list of the 20 best-paid executives includes seven media titans, David Carr writes. CBS CEO Leslie Moonves was the third-highest paid chief last year, with $60.3 million in compensation, while other media chiefs among the top 20 include Discovery Communications' David Zaslav, with $49.9 million; Walt Disney's Robert Iger, with $37.1 million; and Viacom's Philippe Dauman, with $33.4 million.
